Step 1: Press the power button and volume up button simultaneously. Continue pressing until the screen turns on. Then, when the screen turns on, you can release the buttons.

Step 2: Once the screen is on, use the volume down button to navigate the screen menu. Go to the ‘Wipe Cache’ option, then press the power button to select it. You will get a request ‘Delete All User Data’, where you will select the option ‘Yes’ to reset factory settings.

If you don’t get the ‘Clear Cache’ option, press the power button and the volume up button simultaneously again, this time longer. You can repeat the process multiple times until you get the desired results.

Step 3: Once the factory resetting process is over, press the power button to restart the touchscreen. You should be able to get the screen back to standard functionality.

Does peloton Replace a Screen with No Command Error?

If you don’t, you can contact Peloton customer service. They would ask you if you went through the process above. If so, and the problem is with the screen, you may get a new screen.
